Attainment - Raising Attainment Through a Culture of Belief and High Expectations

This session shares our journey from a low-performing school to one of high attainment, rooted in a culture of belief and high expectations for every child. We will explore why this work matters deeply to us and how a relentless focus on purpose and impact has driven sustained improvement.

Participants will hear how curriculum development, empowered middle leadership and impactful inclusive practice have combined to raise outcomes, while deliberately shifting mindsets and expectations across the school community. The session will include a tour of the school and practical insights, with clear, transferable takeaways to support school improvement in other contexts.

We are offering 2 sessions, the first on Wednesday 11th March 2026 from 9.30 am to 12 pm  and Thursday 19th March 2026 from 9.30 am  to 12 pm
