Breakfast and After School Clubs

As part of the school’s Extended Services provision some before school, lunchtime activities and after-school clubs are offered.

Details of all after-school clubs, such as choir, sports club and football, are published via letters home to the relevant classes at the beginning of each term.

Clubs begin promptly at 3.30pm and we expect your child to be there at the start.  Children may bring a  healthy snack (no nuts or sesame please) to enjoy at the club. Children are encouraged to take a bottle of water with them also. Please ensure that children wear their full PE kit for any sports activity .

Breakfast Club

Breakfast club is open every day from 7.50am until 8.50am during term time. The club caters for a maximum of 30 pupils each day. There is a daily charge of £3.50 which can be paid either weekly, monthly or termly but must be paid in advance. Children attending will be given breakfast and take part in activities prior to the start of the school day led by members of school staff.

Specialist  Clubs 

At Marlborough Primary School we are proud to offer an extended school day with a wide variety of after school clubs and lessons offered for all ages. These clubs run from 3.30pm to 4.30pm and cost £72-90 per term  (Rising to £74-£94 from April 2025)depending on the club. All specialist clubs must be pre-booked and paid for termly and in advance using on line app 'My Child at School' MCAS'

We ask that children bring a healthy snack to have before their club. This must be nut and sesame free.  Sports clubs will require children to change into their PE kit.

After School Care Club

The After School Care Club for children in Reception to Year 6  runs from 3.30pm to 6pm daily and provides children with opportunities to engage with a variety of activities. Children can attend this club from 4.30pm until 6pm once they have completed one of the other specialist clubs/lessons first.  Prices are detailed below.

So that we can continue to plan activities and provide the best possible experience for your children we need to know in advance which children will be attending ASC. Therefore, we wish to make it clear that ASC must be pre-booked the day before the care is needed by 11.59pm. 

 After School Care for Nursery

We also offer after-school care for our Nursery children. This runs from 3.30 - 5.45pm and is tailored to the needs and age of the children. Prices are detailed below. Nursery after school care can only be booked via Ms Benserghin: imane.benserghin@marlborough.rbkc.sch.uk
