Welcome
Mr. Jagdeep Birdi (Executive Head) and Ms. Sally Keck (Head of School) have great pleasure in welcoming you to Marlborough Primary School; a diverse, inclusive, vibrant and happy school where our pupils and the quality of their education is at the centre of everything we do.
Message from Mr. Birdi and Ms. Keck
Marlborough Primary School is a special place! Our mission is to foster a desire to learn, through an exciting, rich and balanced curriculum, so that our children excel, enjoy and achieve in all they do. Every day is an opportunity for our children to learn, to acquire new knowledge, to remember more, to use what they know and apply it in different and effective ways.
Kindness, aspiration and perseverance are at the core of this school and are deeply embedded in every part of school life. We have created a safe, happy, secure and supportive environment for all in our community, based in mutual respect, upholding British Values and making sure all have access to opportunities offered by our school.
We have learners that excel, are happy and achieve. Through our teaching, we ensure the children gain the skills and knowledge they need, both now and to secure their success in future endeavours. We offer a wide range of before and after school clubs to enrich the children's day and experience.
At Marlborough we know every child as an individual, enabling them to flourish as we develop and nurture individual talents, ambition and enthusiasm for learning. We are committed to children leaving this school having achieved high standards in the core skills of reading, writing and maths as well as providing each child with every opportunity to excel in art, music, computing, Spanish and sport.
Marlborough Primary School is proud to have served the local community since 1878. Now, on the same site, but in our state-of-the-art building, we utilize all our facilities so that we can offer the very best.
We look forward to continuing to work in partnership with you as well as warmly welcoming any new families into our school.
